A question we are often asked is how often should refresher training be carried out. Normal recommendations by the awarding body are 3 – 5 years.This is only a recommendation. The responsibility rests with the company to assess when refresher training is required to maintain the delegate’s competence.
With re qualification this is a requirement in order for the delegate to maintain the qualification. An example would be First Aid Training which has a fixed qualification term and the delegate would no longer be qualified once this term has elapsed
