A one day course, helping delegates to develop a positive and assertive communication style that will improve work place performance and relationships. This course covers learning how to identify different communication styles, essential for developing effective and assertive communication skills, and how best to use them. Being assertive means respecting yourself and others. It is the ability to clearly express thoughts and feelings through open, honest and direct communication.
