During this 1 day Instructional Techniques course, the instructor will develop self-reliant trainees to perform their tasks when the trainer is not present. This then encourages the trainees to think independently.

This interactive 1 day programme will focus on the fundamentals in designing and delivering training packages and promoting in-house training.     This will   help instructors to bring to life their teaching and ensure there is a measurable output from their instruction programmes. Delegates will have the opportunity during the session to apply the skills learnt.

Teaching methods of the programme will be through practical demonstrations, hands on activities, case studies and observational exercises. Delegates will be able to identify, describe and demonstrate the skills necessary to deliver effective training.
