During this 1 day Instructional Techniques course, the instructor will develop self-reliant trainees to perform their tasks when the trainer is not present. This then encourages the trainees to think independently.

This interactive 1 day programme will focus on the fundamentals in designing and delivering training packages and promoting in-house training.     This will   help instructors to bring to life their teaching and ensure there is a measurable output from their instruction programmes. Delegates will have the opportunity during the session to apply the skills learnt.
